I’m a writer.
That’s what I do, and I play music, paint, and think up film concepts
I had a film concept stolen from me by an asshole named Robert Cooper

Police in Canada don’t investigate serious copyright theft, even though we have actual criminal legislation, not just civil.

So here is my offer:

There are at least 20 people in the production crew of Atlantis that know the whole story.
There are a couple hundred who know parts of it.
There’s probably a half dozen who actually have either a copy of the tape Robert made during our conversation at Turk’s or have heard the whole thing.
There’s also a shitload of Teamsters, Angels, IATSE, and assorted crew on the lot.

I offer %15 of any amount of money I am able to get out of Robert Cooper to split equally with anyone who helps me to pin him with this. So if 2 good witnesses and one person with a copy of the tape help me sue him to the point of actually getting money, then %15 of whatever I receive from the court gets split 3 ways ( %15 of the amount after legal fees, that way, better info/witness/evidence creates more profit for those involved).

To the gangsters and non witnesses, whatever you do that makes him give it up, show me some picture or proof that you applied that pressure to him and I’ll give you and whoever else helps %15 split between you.
Obviously I can’t offer anything if I don’t make anything, so if you do something twisted, like whack him or something, I can’t really give you anything. It has to result in me getting compensation if I am to give a percentage to you.

That’s not saying I wouldn’t be grateful for whatever strange retribution visits upon him from nowhere, just a share of %15 of zip is pretty much jack shit.

That’s my offer.
It stands for ever.

Because in reality, everyone really gets left behind unless they fuck shit up.

As for you IATSE people who want to get every tech in the lower mainland on board before the Olympics, I’d love to join, but a lot of IATSE members know the whole story or have some kind of involvement, get them to speak up and I’d be inclined to join.

Otherwise you’re just another amoral gang that can be hired to help steal creativity and cover up the deed. I can’t trust an organization that does that, because I am a creative as well as a higly experienced tech.

And if you can’t help with evidence but feel like chipping in, you could give Robert a big BOOOOO!!!! for me when he gets up to receive his BC Government LEO Award on May 8 and 9, 2009. His award for his “creations” and their contributions to BC. I wonder sometimes if any of his “creations” are actually his.

Or maybe you can mingle at the LEO’s and ask questions about his attitude toward script theft and the right of a writer or other creative to receive proper compensation for their contributions.

If you’re really cool, maybe you’ll figure out a way to peg him with some rotten fruit or something…

Or just peg him…
