SGA: American Big Media Culture Thieves

So after waiting a loooong time for something to happen,
waiting until hell freezes over for true justice to happen in canada,
and knowing that cops, judges, lawyers,
even media people and politicians
are all part of the same thieving pirate gang of rich pro-americanization fuckwads selling american style war  to kids and ripping off  Canadian artists and writers,
I gave up waiting.

Maybe the latest Officer Friendly, PC Michael Lemon  from the Commercial Drive Community Police Office will actually do some investigating. Nah. He’s gone through my whole blog and he can’t see ANYTHING criminal there.  He’ll gladly phish for my personal information though. Maybe ask him why?
I wonder if he recently had an expensive vacation.
Everybody else I talk to seems to get one.

Or perhaps my local MLA will actually look at what’s happening in her “community”.

Right. Sure. Maybe she’ll get a vacation too. Like that judge did…

Legal aid won’t help me with a lawyer to take on Stargate/Pegaus Productions. The fee up front is $25K for a lawyer to even start looking at what happened to me. Police and judges have been paid. No one is going to actually do any investigating of what I’ve said, and no one will be made to pay for what they’ve done to me. There is no justice in Canada unless you can afford to put a couple hundred thousand bucks in a paper bag for the judges pocket. That’s the truth of it here. The only justice you get in Canada is the Justice you make for yourself, the police are just glorified security guards.

Our country has become so corrupt
Crime/bribery/insider scams/paper bag deals/theft/fraud by politicians and “lawmakers/law enforcement”  is institutionalized.  Every police force in Canada has employees with gang connections. If you have money, you win in court, if you don’t have money, you can’t access justice, and you wouldn’t get it anyway, since in Canadian Courts the one with the most money wins. Regardless of what is “Just”.
No one even bothers to vote because they know its a rigged system, not a level playing field.
The gangs are running Canada now with money from the US.
Look at how long it’s taking to investigate the BC rail scandal. In the end only one or two people will get a slap, while dozens of gov’t employees laugh and wheel away bags of money.

I live outside in a shopping cart, surviving on $280/Mo for me and my dog.
while the man who ripped me off and his buddies live like kings.

So here’s the goods, for the occasional good soul who believes enough in Mr. Taylor and his dog Koala to read this far and actually think about what I’m saying.

The following people are all members of the crew of Stargate Atlantis.
These are the people that I know for a fact are fully aware of the truth of my claims against Robert Cooper that he consulted with me on the SGA pilot because he had no ideas and he needed to get something together about “atlantis” within the SG1 framework.
Our conversation on the patio of Turks was witnessed by Andy Mikita and 2 other people I know very well.
The conversation lasted about 40 minutes and is recorded on Robert’s Marantz cassette deck.
Robert agreed to pay me 15-20% for what he used of my ideas, we shook hands, at least 6 of the ideas were used as the core of the pilot series.

And I think to myself, of the hundreds, maybe a couple of thousand employees of Pegasus Productions and Stargate Atlantis, and of IATSE who worked for them,
that if every one of them that made more than $100,000 over the last 8 years
put $2K or more into a pot
I’d have enough to live for a few years and even get my own projects up and running.
Greedy fucks. Yes you fucking dicks who work at the Bridge.

The following crew/cast are 100% aware that I was the originator of these ideas that became the pilot, they are also all aware that I have not been paid and they all know that there was an actual agreement between Robert Cooper and I.

in GRAND LARCENY, FRAUD, and ATTEMPTED MURDER.

The following people are the ones I would SUBPOENA if I could AFFORD a lawyer in a country where the MINORITY PM has axed almost all access to legal representation for the lower classes.

If I could I’d also appeal to the court to make them all take lie detection.  Oh, right, they have to swear on the BIBLE. OOOOH.

It’s one of the major crimes of our system, we base our court system on this BS fairy tale about biblical honesty, where if we make someone “swear” on some “holy book” we can all rest assured that the truth is served.

So let’s start of course, with Robert Cooper who made a business agreement with me to have a creative consultation on the topic of Atlantis and other concepts relating to a sci-fi conceptualization of Atlantis. He was contracted by Syfy/MGM to write a series based on the SG franchise with Atlantis as a core plot feature in early 2003 and he was stumped for ideas with a deadline looming. He met up with me on the patio at turks and waited patiently for a half hour for me to finish talking with a couple friends. Andy Mikita was sitting right there on the patio at Turks with us and was witness to the agreement, the handshake, the tape recording and the creative consultation.

About my claim about consulting with Robert Cooper on SGA:

When something is created, the idea has to come from somewhere.
It’s never the money people at the top who come up with the good ideas,
its always someone who is paid a lot less who actually comes up with the idea that is reworked by the other various writers and artists(more lower paid schmucks).

Robert Cooper isn’t a writer.
He’s a rich producer with a recorder who can rip off other people for ideas, hand the tape over to some other poor schmuck to expand upon it, and he takes the credit and gets all the money, which he then scatters a few coins to his buddies and a few of the the real people who did the work.

That’s how big american media works, and they’re trying to convince everyone that that is just the way it is.

Its for this very same reason that all the best filmmakers in the last 50 years started by making their own films outside of the ripoff L.A. system, which SGA is run from.

The only reason the stargate franchise is made up here (in Vancouver) is because they can pay people shit, the government gives them money (which they hardly give to REAL canadian productions) and they don’t have to pay canadian crews the same residuals they pay to american crews, the RCMP have no ability to stop repeats of the Cinar scam, so they just keep doing it.

I am a writer, as I have proven over and over here.
I also am specifically a screenwriter, and I have scripts I recently digitized to post as proof for you to see.

I also study spirituality and mythology, which is where the the “atlantis” meme resides in our history, and I have been a hard science fiction fan for about 30 years.

Robert didn’t come up with the ideas for the series, other people did,
I came up with 7 main ideas that became the core of the SGA pilot series.
Robert Cooper owns 10 houses in my neighborhood.
He’s aware of the coffee shop where I hung out, because half a dozen other IATSE people hang there.
He did actually come to see me at Turk’s on Commercial, made a deal with me, recorded the ideas in the consulting meeting, and then he took that and gave it to his writing team to flesh out.

I’m not delusional or crazy, I’m a creative writer and thinker who was consulted on a series plot development by a rich producer backed by american money and I haven’t been paid my fee. These things happen, yes, but I do deserve to be paid my fee regardless of how many other stories of ripoffs like mine there are.  And he’s got his GANG of thieves backing him up and cutting me down to make people think I am lying.

Obviously I assume the other “writers” and producers (Joseph Mallozzi, Paul Mullie, N. John Smith, Brad Wright, Carl Binder, Martin Gero, Martin Wood, John G. Lenic, Alan McCullough) are aware of the scam, but I’m focusing here on people that I know with 100% certainty are fully filled in on Robert using my ideas without paying the agreed-upon fee.  The ripoff of me, of course, I’m not even getting into the fact that they didn’t actually write the “Canadian” show, the scripts were sent up from the states by Syfy after being “vetted” (ie: OUTLINED) by the DOD. Same scam as Cinar used, and just like Cinar, they’ll get away with the “canadian content that’s not Canadian” tax scam while the RCMP shake their heads and throw up their hands.

Next let’s add Amanda Tapping and Richard Dean Anderson from the cast who were fully aware of my role as a consultant, and I strongly believe that Torri was fully aware of the scam as well.

Funny eh? The “Honorable” Ms. Carter and her “righteous” boyfriend Jack O’Neil, after saving the world from the evil gods of the brown people, screaming “No one get’s left behind” and then laughing with evil glee as they drive their rich fancy cars past the poverty stricken writer who never got paid a dime for acting as a creative consultant for their show. Spewing vile crap on the small screen about “honor”, “justice”, “equality”, “loyalty”, while they shit on the little people and laugh. These are the greatest of hypocrites, these two, and I hope someone pelts them with something evil and rotting while they dine in a fancy restaurant or walk a red carpet, so they can stink to match the blackness of their souls. If they have souls. That’s debatable. I doubt either of them do, even though I believe every human has roughly the same type of spirit power. But that gets into philosophy with fuzzy epistemological bounds. Too fuzzy for these grunts I think.

Michael Eliot, Super Asshole American Exploitationist Prick, Mike actually is directly involved in the ripoff deal and is the man who takes Canadian Tech and Crew credits and gives them to american buddies who never set foot on the set, so all possible residuals go to amerikans instead of the Canucks who actually did the work. Mike isn’t very bright, years of massive cocaine and alchohol abuse having boosted his ego beyond acceptable limits, he now collects massive paychecks for sitting in a chair sleeping or spewing crap about socialism being evil communism in disguise while he brags about his collection of expensive cuban cigars and spits after mentioning Castro’s name. I submit that he probably would jerk off to pictures of Bush, if he wasn’t a racist homophobe. He’s an exploitationist  American bigot, and if I was to cuddle my most conspiratorial beliefs, I’d call him a CIA handler. But that would really be too much I guess. Hmm. On the other hand, try finding a picture of Mr. Eliot. In a world of web page marketing for production pros, Mike and his assistant Jennifer don’t have any online pictures. Maybe because they’re guaranteed a job from Mother. Nah, he’s just a right wing redneck american who thinks the colonization of Canada is inevitable for the great and holy Uncle Sam.

Jennifer L. Johnson, Team Player dick with occasional nice days. Does the actual work that Mike gets credited with while sleeping. Won’t rock the boat. The kind of climber that’ll go to a hockey game even if she doesn’t like hockey, if that’s what the team is doing. She get’s things done, and done right, but she’s still more of a follower than a leader. She might think it’s sad that the poor Canuck writer is getting ripped off, but as long as she can pay for her new Cadillac she really wouldn’t care what happens to him. American and completely convinced the red white and blue is going to one day own all of Canada. Somewhere inside I think there’s a socialist trying to get out, but the $100k+/year or so she makes up here working on the project I started is more important than equality. Kerry McDowall, Nice lady, beautiful, has a good heart. Being Mike’s daughter its hard to understand how she ended up being nice. She thinks people should get paid for what they do, but hey she’s gotta keep her job eh? She knows all the scores after all these years, but she’s low on the totem pole for opinions about it.

Rick Martin, Really nice guy. I like Rick, but he’s close buds from waaaay back with Mike and lived through those same years of massive film industry coke use before settling down to be a married pirate. He makes more than 10K /month so he isn’t going to rock the boat for a lefty writer. I had a number of conversations with Rick about script theft and the theft of ideas, trying to suss out what he thought. He feels bad about it, but as he says “No one has ever won a script theft lawsuit against a big american media company in the entire history of Canada”, there just isn’t any legal protection here for creatives. Shannon Gurney, Nice, but Team Player will follow along with the scam. I like Shannon, but she really doesn’t care about people getting paid for what they do. As long as she can do her job stress free and get her own paycheck, why would she rock the boat? Seen her BF cruising the drive this week, which I never see, maybe he’s got a get even streak going on. Would he like it if the bank foreclosed their house, or if someone stole from him? Probably not. Made a good 8-10K/mo working on the project I started, and knew the score from day one when I got hired to rub my face in it. James Rorick, Nice guy when he’s not being a bitchy ex-gangster or homophobe, but Team Player and will follow along with the scam. It’s money, why should he care? As long as he has his house. Who cares about some “fag” who had his ideas stolen. If he doesn’t have the money to sue, why worry eh? Saw him on the drive shortly after writing this, so maybe he’s the one who’s been nominated to shut me up with a beating. I wonder how James would feel if he didn’t get any of HIS residuals, or didn’t get paid for 7 years. I wonder if he would actually kill Robert, if he was in my position? I think he probably would. Mark Savela, The VFX supervisor who knew the story of the scam and profited by the low wage I was paid as a tech. No reason to stick up for me or give me a raise for a tech job well done, since the savings on my wage paid for a nice car. Car vs. doing the right thing and making sure that everyone gets paid for what they actually do.  The car wins. Mark tries to be a nice guy, but he’ll stick with the gang and keep his money. I deserved a raise, Mark, for doing an excellent job, even though I knew you were all mocking me. I also deserve to get paid for my creative work on the pilot and you know it. Christopher Stewart, FX TD who actively sought me out to hire me at a shit wage as a PA/IO Tech and rub the scam into the wound after Robert ripped me off. Kept insisting that I get my right address on file, even though I picked up my checks. Shortly thereafter I had assholes target me at my house. In on the whole thing from the start, I wonder why he thought it was ok for me to get ripped off. Maybe someone should stiff him on a contract sometime, see what he thinks. Has a Thunder Bay connection, which comes into play as the instigating factor of the whole shitstorm, when you know Eric the Red. I’m pretty sure that the token indians (Rachel Luttrell, Jason Momoa, David Hewlett) didn’t know, but maybe they did. Do you know what this symbol is?

A number of people involved in attacking me or stealing from me in the last 3 years have worn this ring with this simple raised gold house-like symbol of gold with a little red gem in the center. At least 6.

3 of them are:

1) the officer who beat me: PC Smart
2) the “social worker” Simone of PCRS-CAP who got the reward for “smashing the pedophile ring” with the information I told him and wrote on my blog, see previous posts for details.
3) Dr. Brown of the Diamond Centre, head of surgery

At least 3 other people I have encountered in the last 3 years have also had one of these gold rings with this plain unembellished raised symbol. I never saw it once in my life before that.

I don’t give a shit what it is about. The ring.

I’m sick of being a target and not getting compensated or having legal recourse, and I’m even more sick of the “law” and “justice” in my country being corrupted and bought.

The corruption of the legal system in Canada is one of the most disgusting abuses of power I’ve ever seen.

I have a near photographic memory.

When Officer smart slammed his fist into my temple after making up an incident and pretending I “assaulted” him by grabbing my pack, it was this fucking ring that was slammed into my head. Right at my temple. He was trying to cause brain damage. I got hit 20 times in the head with this fucking ring and I was the one who got an assault charge. I got an additional 15 or so knees to the kidneys, and another 10 punches to the back of the neck when I was on the ground. In front of 5 witnesses, who were never questioned by the police, and who I wasn’t allowed to subpoena. The witnesses, my neighbors, are too afraid to talk anyway. They know I didn’t attack the cop.

When I saw the same ring on Dr. Brown’s hand after being “specifically” sent to him, an important surgeon, me, mr. homeless being sent to an important surgeon, head of fucking surgery, I knew I would die if I let this man operate on me.

When I saw the same oddly plain ring on my counselor at PCRS-CAP, Simone, I knew that I was about to get screwed, that’s why I told him pretty much everything and watched him fucking giggle at me, so I could watch his face and reactions. He LAUGHED at me when I tried to explain this shit that had been happening to me. He outright laughed at me when I tried to talk to him about a hereditary medical problem.

I’ve seen this goddamned ring on 3 other people during this 3 year continuous assault on my person.

It doesn’t fill me with respect or fear. Shove your cult/gang shit, fuck off, I’m not going to quietly let you steal from me and try to kill me without saying something.

It fills me with disgust at the the depths of corruption our society has degraded into under the minority gov’t of Harper.

Law, Justice, Health, Social Assistance, we can’t allow these things to be so corrupt  and infested that people who are driven to the bottom are allowed to be killed by people who have a hidden agenda. That’s WHY we had a social safety net up until the Martin and Harper governments, to keep people from being destroyed for speaking up.

How could I make this up?

Harper has completely ripped apart all of the social safety net of this country, so this form of intimidation and corruption can fester and grow.

Otherwise the white christian male dominated patriarchy of old money continues to be able to crush and steal from anyone who challenges their established view of the world.

They’re trying to kill me and laughing about it, because really, no one will listen, and there is no “justice is blind” only justice is DEAF to the cries of the oppressed.

The Final Solution for Homelessness…

The methods of social cleansing today are much quieter and discreet.
People just disappear.
Cleaning up the streets for a big party.
Jail or the madhouse, criminalized or institutionalized, take your pick.
Load them up in the back and ship them off, to a camp, a holding cell,
a place for the uncontrollable and unwanted to quietly disappear.

to end homelessness in all Canadian cities

Social Services (aka: MiniDeath) should buy fleets of used vans
thousands of them
they’ll get them for peanuts
Then they make a deal with insurance providers
to get fleet insurance
Anyone without a place gets a SS fleet van
They can move it between 4 and 7 in the mornings
no other time
and it can be parked in any legal parking spot overnight

Instant solution to homelessness
and the ministry will pay out about 1/10 of what they pay out in rent
no more homeless
no more need for purges
no more need for midnight roundups
no more need to pack people off to camps
forced retraining of their independent minds
remove their independent thoughts
everybody on the same plane
brainwashed clean and servile

I learned more about the police this last two weeks

and now I see they are as corrupt as any criminal organization can be

The Campbell years – BC wakes from it’s stupor?

So this fucker has ripped our province apart for a decade
Let’s take a look at his grand achievements in cultural destruction:

– Massive increases in the number of people who don’t qualify for any form of subsistence while unemployed or unemployable. Social Services are a Provincial responsibility, the failure of the social safety net is a Provincial gov’t failure
– Childcare that costs $500 to $1000 per month/per child while the minimum wage is about $800
-A minimum wage that doesn’t come close to covering living costs in BC
-Increases in imported foreign labor while unemployment for Canadians in BC has steadily risen
-An Olympics price tag that will reach multiple BILLIONS of dollars in the end
-Poverty services that are almost non existent, while contractors are paid millions to supply services that add no real value
-A steady reduction in services and beds for the mentally ill, with huge numbers of mentally ill who should have treatment options ending up in the street
-Millions spent beefing up pools and recreation centres in richer neighborhoods while foodlines and volunteer run centers that actually give real meals and services to the poor get nothing, or a few thousand per year.
-Massive increases in foreign ownership of BC land and buildings
-Corrupt kickbacks from the steamrolled privatization of hundreds of millions of dollars of BC infrastructure (BC Rail, Translink, etc.)
-Corruption and organized crime infiltration of the Legislature, Law Courts, Local police and BC RCMP, airports, gov’t contract services, in a scale we haven’t seen since the early days of Vancouver.
-Steady degradation of services and support of BC residents who face racial, sexual, orientational, and disability related stigma and discrimination
-more than 700 public sector employees that earn over $200,000/year
-Over 6 million spent on top Healthcare salaries, while waiting lists and clinic wait times soar
-Huge increases in the number of people in jail, mostly from poorer segments of society
-More jails being built before shelters
-20+ hookers disappeared with almost no money spent finding out what happened to them, then millions spent digging up their remains and building a special court for the trial
-I personally find it disgusting that he was not only arrested in Hawaii for drunk driving, but the actual amount he was over the limit was fucking criminal. IMHO.
-It would cost less than $1 million to convert any one of many deserted downtown eastside warehouses into 12×12 cubicles for housing hundreds of people, but they’ll spend $14 million making up some 40 units. Someone made a big profit building that shit.

There is soooooo much more to say about this corrupt and gruesome beast, but I have to go to the first good job interview I’ve been offered in almost a year. L8R.

The one thing I’d say to the NDP is: I don’t like it when you yap on and on about families. Everyone is equal, there are more singles than marrieds in BC, and gov’t services shouldn’t be skewed toward the “nuclear family” model.

So I get back to this “program” that I must attend.
Everyone on assistance must attend one.
Its where private contractors, buddies of parliamentarians, suck money out of the assistance system at a rate that is greater than the amount actually paid to the recipients of assistance themselves.

They go on and on about “blocks to employment”
All the things that are keeping you from getting a job.
But they don’t really have anything to offer you other than the same slips of paper that everyone else offers you. Go here go there, all over the city.

These people have cars, and they can’t understand how hard it is to go all over the city for things that should really be in one place.

They have shitbox computers, but there’s no real technician, and the antivirus is too lame to catch shit because its not updated, because of no techie, so they’re afraid you’re going to break the computer that they haven’t got properly protected with a simple product my own cousin knows she needs to have to protect herself. If it breaks a techie could reimage it in 20 min if they had one. These people should definitely not have sex, unwrapping a condom would probably be difficult to get clear in their minds.
So you can’t use a flash drive, and you can’t use a floppy(ugh), so basically how the fuck do you get your resume to people?
The library lets you use a fucking flash drive. They don’t seem to have a problem.
So basically the computers are useless. At least to me.
Obviously to other people too, since the place is always empty and the library is always full to the fucking brim with people trying to use the computers.
The ministry should just invest in the library, pay for a bunch more computers.
They’ve got sheets of job sites on the wall, but for some reason none of these bright young lasses has figured out it would be more useful to have links to the jobsites right on the fucking toolbar in the webrowser. Bookmarks aren’t fucking rocket science.

I was getting a buss pass from PCRS before, so I could go to all thes places all over the fucking place to get food, use phones, use computers for job search, go to the doctor, go to interviews.
Jobwave doesn’t do bus passes. They do bus tickets.
Do you know why?
Because each time a Jobwave employee opens her drawer to hand you something that you used to get directly at the ministry office, they get $18 bux or so.
So if they give you a bus pass, the cost of which they are reimbursed by MiniDeath
They only get 18 bux
But if they give you tickets, then you have to go back for more
so now they make $45-80 or more handing out tickets to you, one book at a time.
They even make their $18 bux if they only give you a couple of tickets, like 4 or so.

So I have to sit, instead of going to look for jobs on the internet at the library, because I need the extra ticket for a doctors appointment which takes two tickets, or so I can go to the food bank, which takes 2 whole tickets because you have to wait longer than a bus ticket is good for.
At the end, she asked me about the company I was having an interview with and started reaching for a piece of paper. I told her I couldn’t remember the name of it. She’s actually going to try and claim a “VICTORY for Jobwave” for a job that they didn’t give me a lead for.
Money for nothing. More money than I live on as an assistance recipient. FUCK.

Yesterday I got 1 book of ten regular bus tickets -$18
Two single two zone bus tickets (not a book, just 2) – $18
A food voucher for $25 for Quest – $18
Plus they make $40 just because I sat in the chair for 5 minutes(and I got seriously grilled about why I needed a food voucher)

so that’s $94 dollars for 5 minutes of nothing but a woman reaching into a drawer to hand me some pieces of paper that I used to be able to get directly from the ministry with no fees paid out!!!!!!!!! That’s two weeks of living allowance for me almost, for 5 minutes of fucking nothing!!!!!!!!

And then I got told I couldn’t even use my USB key to email my resume to people.
I spent the next hour waiting to use a library computer even though Jobwave was practically empty of people on computers. The library computer doesn’t mind me using a key.

I believe we’d save a couple million just by going much simpler.
Put all the fucking sheets of paper that they hand out on display at the MiniDeath itself
Like they used to be.
Give each assistance recipient a picture ID
Make that assistance picture ID good on any bus, any bus zone, any recreational facility or community centre, and the library computers.
Give each recipient a sticker for their card each month to verify that they are allowed these services.
Suddenly there is no disbursement fees, no need to go to any community centre to apply for a separate card, the one assistance card works for the bus, the library computers (for a 2 hour per day job search limit, one hour isn’t enough), and for the community centres.
One card to cover what a poor person needs

No more poor people begging the bus driver for a fucking ride in the rain cause they don’t have no stingy ticket bullshit. The assistance card gets them on as long as the sticker is good.

These people make more per visit I make to see them than I get to spend on food in a week.

And I haven’t been asked ONCE for my resume. In 4 visit + extras.

I have to add this. It’s fucking gross.
2.5 weeks ago I went into the Jobwave client washroom, which is fairly clean.
Some gross ignorant goof had wiped a shit stain on the hand drier.
It’s still there 2.5 weeks later. The same fucking dried shit stain. I told 3 separate employees, 3 separate times, nicely I might add, since if I talked to people the way I write I’d have to kill half the ignorant humans I meet. BC Social Services Discrimination Enshrined in Policy

Apparently, if someone is not on a full medical disability, if they just get hurt and are limited in their employment options for a few months due to a serious health matter that doesn’t really require a full ongoing medical disability, just a set of limitations on what they can apply for like no heavy lifting or what not, they actually get $125 dollars less on their maximum rent allowance.

The maximum social services rent allowance is already pitiful, its about $450.

But if you are hurt, go see a doctor, and he gives you a form saying that you can’t lift anything heavy for a few months while you are getting this health issue addressed, then suddenly “kazaam”

you now are only allowed $375 per month for rent.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong here.

Isn’t the concept of discrimination that someone can’t be given less because they have a disability? Temporary or not?

The idea is that a person who needs to get an operation and can’t do a particular task without hurting themselves is still a person. They are still looking for work, but they have to limit their search to some constraint set by a medical professional. And when they get their operation they may be housebound or immobile for a month perhaps, depending on the issue involved.

But since it’s the government, who can sue them for discriminating between someone who is healthy and someone with decreased job options.

I have a number of things to say about plain old disability, I know a number of people getting regularly harassed while they live with daily real pain in a backlogged and strained medical system.

BC’s rental maximums for assistance haven’t gone up since 2005, while rents have increased in vancouver almost double in that time frame.

For years no one would dare accuse a priest of fondling, but after seeing the enormous size of the infestation, we now accept it as a common thing. Canadian law needs to accept the fact that many religious beliefs currently practiced in Canada are POLYTHEISTIC. Until they do, many belief systems operate underground, and have no protection in Law. As such, their believers have no protection in law, and even face discrimination by christian police.

This leads to a terrible dilemna.

The great majority of these sects are filled with good honest people.
But the discrimination faced by these sects and their members makes them hide in “secret” to avoid the very real possibility of being “burned” both literally, and through societal ostracism.

Regardless of law, there is no real protection for people who are discriminated against in this society due to religious belief or sexual orientation. Many different sects have understandings of sexuality which are completely outside the Christian paradigm.

Acting in secret, over years of reconstructing lost ways destroyed in the Inquisitions (a Christian form of human sacrifice I would suggest) the stories and ways change like that campfire game where a simple sentence travels the circle and becomes a totally different story.

Our society pits people against each other. We are only a short way from throwing stones at the homeless and prostitutes, burning them alive on the street corners while yuppies throw precious gas on them and howl to the great gods of the Stock Market.

You need to get the Yuppie housewives involved, the poor single mothers with children scraping by, the nice elderly couples who are being evicted, and like it or not, none of them will support a riot. Some paint on a sign? ok. A theatrical display? they’re behind you. A fucking riot? They don’t want to get involved.
Activism is about getting PEOPLE involved, not just a little clique of do-gooder crusty punks.

When the APC trashed that office, and splashed some paint on a logo clock, that was cool, they got the media attention they needed.
And a hundred reporters clamored to their site and the Wikipedia to find out more, and they were met with an out of date website promoting pure punk anarchy and a Wikipedia article that was basically written by police and right wing sympathizers. They made a splash, but didn’t have any of those well balanced articles and ideas waiting for the journalists to make printable articles from. So in the end, something effective became portrayed as a temper tantrum of children.

My wonderful crusty punk friend sings songs about the Weathermen.
She idolizes their grit and spunk. They all went to jail. Their families lost their homes. Their friends were harassed and arrested. In all over 100 people went to jail, most for over a year.
I sat with her one day, on the patio, smoking, last winter, before the snow.

We weren’t talking as much by then, too much interference. But it was good to see her.
Across from me was someone I never saw there before, writing in that way that psychologists write about their subjects. I’m observant. My friend left, and I asked the woman, after warming her up with some small talk, about what she was writing.
“Oh about some activist friends of mine.” I gradually got more out of her. She was “writing” about her friends, the Weathermen. About how they ended up n jail.
None of it was lost on me. I’m observant. Cointelpro sat before me with a pen in her hand writing furiously, that detached psychology student way of writing and looking about.
My friend has been on their radar for a long time.
They don’t have to put her in jail. They’ll slowly destroy her life and surround her with grungier versions of the woman who sat before me. Her “film industry” friend beside her.
Oddly enough, she knew personally the man who hired me for Stargate Atlantis. Irony in spades.

If I’m going to ACTIVATE!!! on an issue, say pro gay marriage.
I’m not going to tie that issue to an anti-abortion stance. (I’m not anti abortion, I’m illustrating here). Do you get it?
Remember, yuppie housewives, elderly people, single moms, etc?
Instead of garnering the widest support possible for their cause, the punk/land claims issues are diluting the support of these two groups.

Be part of an anti-olympics group and its anti-poverty/suppression stance, and after that meeting go over to the other meeting and be part of the anti-olympic colonialism land claims crew.

By putting “Land Claims” on every poster and web site for these groups you are taking a huge fucking chainsaw to your possible SUPPORT base. You need as many PEOPLE as possible to get your message heard. You need as many PEOPLE as possible to help you get out of jail after they frame you for some stupid fucking shit that one of these other specialty causes pulls off.

Separate the extra issues and support them as well, but keep your marketing message clear, focus on one thing: The Olympics creating poverty for EVERYBODY in the lower classes.

If you can manage that, you might get thousands instead of hundreds to gather.

And if you haven’t figured it out yet, yes, instigators who are part of a TEAM have directed you all, very slowly to divide your message and coat it with too much violence. Because they WANT YOU TO FAIL.

they are gonna railroad you into the ground if you keep the fully democratic approach to organizational hierarchy. They don’t just want to catch you people, they want to discredit you fully, make your private lives fall apart to drain you, instigate you and rile you at every possible moment so they can get you full of arrest warrants, destroy your relationships with gossip and false information, whisper campaigns and batons.

Until the APC/ORN can actually get it together and clearly study the methods of cointelpro they will one by one be brought down, and as a group, you will be twisted and turned against your own interests, you’ll be turned against your friends, friends will turn out to be fake infiltrators or enemies, others will be turned against you, you’ll be distracted by a lot of directed and manipulated bullshit.

The best thing you can do for yourselves is to keep much clearer heads, and speak much more intelligently on all your marketing. Think and look critically at all the shit piling up.

#16 – What Canada REALLY Needs – Limits on foreign ownership, limits on residential property ownership!!

30% or more of the property in some Canadian cities is owned by foreign nationals.
Why?
If a rich person or corporation from Dubai, America, Germany, China wants to operate in Canada, they should LEASE a property from a CANADIAN.

Canadian property should be owned by Canadians. Period.
If a rich foreign national wants to have a vacation property here, they should have to lease it from a Canadian who owns it.

Around the world, foreign property ownership threatens the sovereignty of nations.
It’s the new legalized colonialism. Buy it all up. The people who live here can’t afford property and it’s price is artificially inflated by foreign ownership.

I have a number of people I know who own property.
This next point steps on some of their toes,
I’m sorry. Really. I understand your investment.
But CANADA, the country I love needs this to be said.

Limit ownership of Residential property.
No one has a need for more than 2 houses.
Sell the others to your children.
In Edmonton I rented a suite in a house from a man who owned over 20 houses.
While millions of Canadians can’t afford to buy a single house.

Allow people ownership of 2 residential houses, after that tax the fucking shit out of them.
They don’t fucking need it.
Make people with lots of houses give them up by making the tax on more than 2 houses higher than the mortgage itself. And make them pay it every 3 months.
So they have a 3 month period to buy a new home, and sell one of their other 2.

Property inflation is skyrocketing because of external influences and speculation.
We need, as a whole society, to put an end to it.
Or it will kill us, we’ll continue this cycle of haves and have nots.
Families need houses, not an apartment.
Free up millions of Canadian properties by making them too expensive for speculators to hold on to.

End Business/Commercial property speculation.
Everyone in Canada, every single day, walks or drives by a property that has a sale/lease sign
And that sign has been there for 10 years or more.
EVERYBODY knows what I’m talking about.

Make the tax on an unrented property 3 times the normal.
Attach fines to Commercial properties that remain unused for long periods.
Millions of Canadians want to start a business.
If they can even get a fucking loan they face a horrid market filled with speculation.

Identify properties that were once commercial and have been sneakily rezoned or converted to storage or even a suite.
Turn them back into available properties
Whole neighborhoods that lost a corner store due to a new buyer who just wanted to speculate

So there I am at the Fairview “Housing and Social Services” office.

It’s an ironic title, one of those Orwellian DoubleSpeak names.
“Housing” in the name of a Ministry that has no ability or interest in finding anyone a place to sleep. You’re on your own, and yes, we are fully aware that we don’t give enough to actually rent a place of any kind, just a single room for a single person and fuck all your loved ones or needs.

It’s more like MiniDeath. Read 1984 if you don’t get it.

There’s a homeless shelter 2 blocks away, one that actually takes dogs, and I can’t get signed up to go through a “Social Worker”.

They should rename that to “Client Assistance Clerk” and lower the CUPE paygrade. You don’t get to sit with anyone anymore and actually be heard. You have to stand at a window, speaking through the slot, and they make sure your private life is nicely hollered through.

I have to call each day to the Yukon Shelter. With what? Quarters? With my calling card tracker phone given to me by the MiniDeath to find jobs with? I’ve been calling the shelter. I’ve been checking the 2 websites given to me to look at as part of my “housing assistance”
Its 2 months now on assistance and I don’t have a 3 foot by 6 foot sheltered space on a floor to sleep on. Because I have a dog.

I have a dog. No less than 6 people in the Ministry and associated programs have suggested to me that giving up my dog would be beneficial to my housing status.
I know that you fucking evil morons.

This beautiful dog is my close friend. She’s as important to me as your children are to you. I wonder if single mothers who go to get income assistance are given the option of euthanizing their children in order to streamline their housing needs?

I was sent by the Ministry to PCRS, an agency who supposedly finds housing for people who have no homes. Their options were: Call the shelters, or we can set you up in a junkie hotel on skid row, or we might be able to find you something on the outskirts of town, 20 miles and lots of transit fares away from anyone you know or socialize with.

I guess they think that having no one to talk to is good for a human being. When people are isolated its easier to beat them down, they learned from watching years of spousal abuse I figure.

The lady at PCRS was a very nice person. I got some socks. Toothpaste. I was able to get some food vouchers when my $240 living allowance was gone. They even gave me some sardines and granola bars when I was really hungry. And coffee.

What I didn’t get was a place to live for me and my well behaved dog that fits within the “Ministry of No Housing” limits.

What I got instead was all of my personal information gathered, a form I had to sign saying anyone in the PCRS organization could read my information and notes about my situation, and workers on staff that hang out with Police in their off time. Interesting.

Its a good way to get around all those privacy rules that government offices have to follow.

So they listen to my story, share my personal information, and don’t deliver what they are actually contracted to do, a dry warm place to sleep that’s near a phone I don’t have to pay for to call for employment, an internet connection I can search for work at, and either some food or a small cooking spot that I can make things like pasta on.

Because I have a dog, and to unionized government workers and their contractors, that’s a luxury a poor person can’t afford.

Fuck you, I say. I’d rather sleep outside and miss opportunities to work than lose my friend to your christian concept of what a person needs to LIVE. We don’t get rid of the beings we love in a civilized society. We find a way to survive together.

In my years of living in Canada I’ve come to the conclusion that the largest money sucker of all in the “social services” industry is the unionized “social worker”. Of the 17 million bux per year spent on poor people in the 90’s, more than have of that money was the wages of the social workers.

I can’t even count the times in my life I’ve sat across from that 400 lb behemoth thinking, “She got this job, in the beginning, because she knew someone. If she were laid off today, I bet she wouldn’t get another job in social work/EI for at least 5 years”
Everybody knows who I’m talking about. Don’t you? We’ve all seen her. We’ve all had to interact with her at some level of bureaucracy or another. Its funny how she’s always a sarcastic finger pointing game player, even behind the rolls of obesity. Her union job security holding her up as the prescription percodans keep her going.

We spend more money restricitng the way poor people use what the gov’t gives them, than we do on actually giving people some money to LIVE for a while. These programs wear people out, the people who work these offices, so many of them are 10 years in and its just a job, they actually DETEST their clients.

So I’m back in Fairview office, looking at a well to doo yuppie overweight male with his $300 silver ring and his Eddie Bauer “dusty rose” dress shirt. He so fucking mellow there’s no way he got there with zen mastery. He tranked right up on some prescription antidepressant or painkiller. His smile is wider than a fucking asscrack. Glossy eyes.

I can barely stand. I’ve had 6 hours sleep 3 days in a row, because it rained, and the place I crashed I had to get moving by 6 am. There’s no place that’s covered in any park anymore you might have noticed. Sly social cleansing.

I tell him I need a care card. Voila. He hands me the number with a big shit eating grin, so relaxed the drool is starting to form. A fucking Care Card number in 30 seconds.

So, I believe I’ve told the story about how I need an operation on my knee, one toe is fucked as well, and I have an internal organ problem that requires a specialist. I’ve told at least 5 people in this “Social Services” chain over the last 2 months that I don’t have a care card and I need medical attention, and not a single one of them has said “We’ll get you one right away”.

All that pain, all that walking to clinics that take people without cards, and he just types for a sec and hands me one. Fucking bullshit. I’m glad to have it, but it would have been useful to me 2 months ago, I have a serious fucking issue that’s affecting my LIFE and my ability to do certain kinds of heavy work I used to do in between IT and Media jobs. Fuck.

I ask him for a form for the doctor as I have some medical problems which will limit my search for work and keep me from doing a lot of jobs I like, but which are dangerous and painful right now. Whoosh. Out comes the form I’ve asked for numerous times before. Along with a big smile and a derisive snort. Like I’m pulling a fast one. I guess no one believes in hernias or crunched knee cartilage and nerves, you have to have a burned face to get respect for your pain.

I ask him to put me into this JobWave program I’ve been told about, where I can get a wage subsidy for a job, some work clothes, and possibly a voucher to upgrade my computer tech skills with a couple of Microsoft tests. My MCSE is Win XP, and that’s hurting me in my job search.

He looks at his computer and snorts, a little tranquil chuckle.
“I guess work is more important than a place to live”
I really want to throttle him.
He’s being a yuppie prick and he knows it.

You see, you can’t be on both programs at once, but then PCRS hasn’t found me a place for my sleeping bag in 2 months of being in their “program”. Probably because they don’t really have any resources to find people housing, just web pages to send us to that anyone could find if they were given a sheet of paper.
PCRS is really about illegal police information gathering from the start,
just like the Money Mart scam.

Money Mart was started by ex cops and shares information with the police, that’s why banks won’t cash a welfare or EI cheque without a wait, they want poor people to need the services of money mart, because its difficult to get information about someone from a bank with all those inconvenient privacy laws in place. If money marts can cash my cheque in 5 min the bank should be able to. Give Banks the little webcams and photo verification.

It’s Canada’s version of TIA for the poor. Programs and services with ex police or police friends in them. Always they target poor demographics who don’t have the lawyer power to speak up.

I don’t make the charge lightly.
I saw physical evidence.
I listened to PCRS employees talking about the police officers they hang out with. I watched as only one person actually served the clients, until she was ragged.
I observed rooms with walls that didn’t quite go to the ceiling.
Privacy is non existent,
and the free phone they give you right of the bat is with a company that records all calls and has active gps on the phone as long as the battery is in, because it’s a US phone company.
Fuck those human rights.

it’s kind of hard to get a job if you have nowhere to put you stuff or your dog while you go to work and make money for a real place to live.

At least he’s got me some of the simple basic needs I’ve been requesting,

Then I ask him for a “Leisure Pass”, which I was just told about yesterday.
He looks conspiratorially at the nasty cow beside him. I can see what’s coming.
She didn’t like the fact that I got upset last time when another worker started giggling at me because I couldn’t find my birth certificate. I hadn’t eaten in 36 hours and she was giggling at me. I asked for another worker after I came inside, I went outside for a smoke because it bothers me when I’m so upset I have tears in my eyes.

Nasty cow took it personally that I wanted another worker and not her friend.
I took it personally that a woman with a job to do that affects my life was giggling at my misfortune and refusing to copy the ID that I’d crossed the city to give her at another workers request.

“You can do that for him, right?” with a little wink.
He smiles the shit eating grin again, all looped out.

I’ve been on the street for over 3 months.
I needed a shower, a LOT, and all the shower services they give me pieces of paper for are downtown skid row, where putting my dog outside is going to get her kicked or poisoned by a junkie.

I’ve asked for some kind of pass or voucher for the local community center AT LEAST 10 times in this process.
And voila, it suddenly appears out of the thin air in front of her, with a nice yuppy knife comment attached
“well, here, some things are for what you’ve given ME, which is NOTHING, other services at the center you’ll have to pay for”
her voice filled with detestable sarcasm as she sits back in her $500 ergonomic chair she was going on about last time I was here.
I bet she spent 20 minutes thinking that little stinger up.
Implying that I’m somehow scumming off her because I need a fucking shower.

You know what would make for an astounding piece of research and journalism?
Compare the names of people who were on welfare in each province of Canada,
with the names of people who were murdered, died of exposure or committed suicide.

That would be a fucking eye opener for sure, eh?
We could compare which province had done the best job of invisible Social Cleansing.

And finally I have to talk about something that’s been REALLY bothering me.

Throughout this whole process, numerous times people have tried to get me to sign up for “Mental Health services”.
Each time I’m assured that everything will be faster, I would already have a place to live, all my medical needs would be taken care of, everything.
Except for my freedom.
Except for respect as a human being.
I know people who’ve tried the fast route.
They never shake the stigma and the labels.
They never get taken seriously again.
Socially alienated forever, losing their rights, losing the respect for the works they’ve accomplished.

Like Neitsche and Orwell and Reich.

The BC government very quietly made some changes to the Tenancy Act
And they “streamlined” the evictions process

The Landlord can keep trying, over and over.

The poor person who’s renting their room/suite
has to fight every month for their place to live
most give up, there’s no one to help them fight these things

Kick out someone who’s been contributing to their community for the last 10-15 years

But a quick look at income statements of landlords in vancouver would show increases more than double the original rent as more than common.
“renovations” that actually fall under the heading of standard upkeep make it easy to evict
and no rental ombudsman
they can’t take it to court,
but the “process” takes a couple of years

because minimum wage is so low that nothing really pays well enough

They just pulled some industries out, but right now there are 87 industries, representing over 100 different jobs, that qualify for being able to import a worker from oversees straight into the job.

At wages lower than a Canadian will do it.

It’s bloody sick.

While thousands of people of all races who’ve lived in this country their whole life scramble and scratch to match that measly wage and need those same jobs.

Information Technology is one of those industries where they can import foreign workers.
It’s for alberta, but I’m sure you’ll see the relevance of this page, there’s more than one like it for every province.

Let’s make it McEasy for millionaires to import more docile meat robots.

So I’m still being persecuted by a police officer of the VPD.

And I’ll be updating it with more details soon, because I’m pissed off.
This fucker is actually going to try and lie his way through this to cover his ass.
And it looks like the surveillance video is being made to secretly disappear.

It bothers me a lot. Because I don’t have time or energy to deal with all this fucking bullshit.

And that’s what’s the big problem here. Time and harassment.
Because this pressure tactic is being used all over Canada
Truth is regularly cast away to make harassment of targeted demographics institutionalized in nature. It’s regularly used to silence people, including numerous activists for poverty and human rights.

It’s a good way to shut people up, while they look for food, a place to sleep, talk to lawyers, use bus tickets they can’t afford, waste time when they could be trying to get themselves moving in life. Can we even call it life? Perhaps its just survival.

I get beat up for maintaining my human right to live without harassment,
and someone with a badge can perjure themselves on numerous points in the case presented the judge, and I don’t get a say. I don’t even get 2 cents worth.
I have to wait 6 months to get heard.
And during that whole time I’m a target for reprisals by police.

What really galls me is that since Police officers are human, they can be discriminatory, apply law unfairly and unequally, even commit crime, and then lie. And when they’re caught they get a slap on the wrist and practically never pay out compensation to the victims.

We live in the new surveillance society.
Police and governments are pushing for it all the time.
It makes their job easier.

So let’s start with them first.
Maybe it will make them more trustworthy.

We have reality shows all over TV with little cameras and recorders on people.

Instead of Tasers, we need to have personal camera’s and recording devices on every officer.
Unable to be switched off, constantly running, in their car, during coffee, during every incident.

From the time an officer reports for work to the time they leave for home there should be an unbroken recorded record of their audio and the video of what they are doing, a teeny camera and mic strapped to the shoulder of every officer, uniformed or not. Constantly on.

It’s really the only way that a corrupt or lying officer will get caught, outside of a sting by their internal review board.

Trust would go up, if the actual incidents could always be viewed from each officers viewpoint, without personal colorization.

No selective interviewing of witnesses, discarding statements and notes of ones who aren’t conducive to the slant they are injecting into an incident.

You could even put it inside the badge. If the badge can’t see the “criminal” then the badge isn’t visible, is it?

It would cause a lot of problems at first, sure, people would get caught in the act,
but maybe those are the ones we should be catching anyways, with yearly reviews and assessments. Which obviously aren’t catching the liars and violently aggressive ones.

I guess I have to go though.
3 sets of sirens just stopped outside the front street of where I’m typing this, while I help a friend backup her computer.

The Conservatives and the Liberals are all talking policies that take gov’t money from taxes and hand it out to wealthy corporations and individuals. NONE of that money is going to save any jobs or get anywhere near the ground level where it’s needed.

It going straight into the bank accounts of the rich, many of whom are actually Americans.

They figured out down south how to suck all the tax money out of gov’t and keep it for themselves, and now they’ve hooked up the feeding trough here too.

In case you haven’t figured it out Jack, ITS YOUR supporters over the last 20 years who they’ve been decimating.

That’s why you can’t win. The people that are being marginalized and sucked dry, overworked and denied services, scrounging and suffocating

are the people that once voted NDP.

What I REALLY think about police…..

I’m a dissident Canadian writer.
I write about social justice, abuses of power and authority, and poverty,amongst other lefty things.

I know a lot of people who say “I hate cops”.
They’ve had bad experiences.
I’ve listened intently and often with horror to their stories.

I don’t hate cops. At all.
I have a huge beef with people in authority positions who step beyond their mandate and play the power trip. Sometimes police officers fit that description.

I do not hate police.

There are soooo many good-hearted men and women who supply incredibly important services and resources to their community and wear a police uniform.
They help people who have been attacked, they are there to help when someone has been in an accident, they listen to stories of harassment and implied violence, they take notes.

We have movies about bad cops for a reason. Centuries of policing has shown us that power does corrupt unless it’s properly checked by government, judiciary, and civilian oversight.

We have these works of art about bad cops, because bad cops DO EXIST.

We all know about having to pay bribes to police in certain parts of the world when you travel.
We know there are cities in Canada and around the world where police culture is full of institutionalized violence, racism, homophobia, and domestic abuse.
We see reports of certain forces that have no oversight about taser use abusing the tool and not paying consequences.

We hear our friends stories, about 15-17 year old runaways having to give head to get out of a threat of imprisonment, of assault victims being labeled by an onsite seargent as “self inflicted wounds for sympathy” when later analysis proves this is not the case, raped women being asked about “well, what were you wearing”, queers being beat up by uniformed rednecks.

These are real stories I’ve heard directly from the source.

We wonder how 26 hookers can disappear into the night over a 10 year period and no one seems to care.

These are warning signs to us that certain cities aren’t making regular assessments of attitudes and institutionalized violence. Training after initial recruitment alone is not enough for those who serve their communities wearing guns.

We need them, to help, to protect, to serve their communities.
But for us to feel pride and trust, we need to see it for real.

An officer who breaks the law, breaks all of our trust in his/her brothers.
When one innocent personis harmed or treated disrespectfully by that 10% of the force who is just collecting a paycheck and power trips, our whole society is cheated, and all the good police officers who help us are cheated of some of their due.

I have a lot of respect and admiration for police,
When they themselves can see the need for more stringent standards, and a weeding out of the neanderthals, all of us will benefit.

And maybe one day we won’t hear ANYONE say
“I hate cops”

#15 – NDP secret election plan – Free universal childcare that’s gov’t run like elementary and high schools!!!

I don’t have much time today, but this one is easy for EVERYONE to wrap their head around:

The government of Canada over the last 20 years has created a society that is living on the edge of survival, to raise kids and actually OWN a home takes 2 working lower and middle class adults.

The childcare needs of these people is the responsibility of gov’t. It is the government’s fault that a single adult’s wage can’t support buying a home and caring for a family.

Just as elementary school and high school is gov’t run and funded by taxes, so must the childcare system.

It’s plain and simple.

Right now people are paying $30 per child per day.
3 kids in childcare cost more than a mortgage.

If everyone must work, the gov’t must have childcare systems available.
Because we can’t have a system where only the upper middle class and above is allowed to have children.

And we ALL know that the best thing for all of society is to actually have children raised by a home parent, because the reality of life is that separating children from their parent figure before 5 years of age creates sociopaths and dysfunctional family units, latchkey kids are always higher risk for future poverty.

We need a government that takes childcare seriously or enables one parent to stay home for the first 5 years of the children’s life. Something they obviously don’t want to do.

#14 – NDP secret election plan – Federal Gay marriage and threesome marriages!!!

On a lighter, more gay note than my previous post….

Let them tie the damn knot. Whoever the hell they are.

If they love each other, let them get hitched!!!

And while we are at it, let’s allow 3 people to form a marriage.

Why the hell not. Lot’s of people who aren’t christian get together. Let them do it their way.

As long as everyone involved is of age and not being coerced, let them make their vows to each other.

#13 – NDP secret election plan – CSIS mandate refocus on US counterintelligence!!!

I’m really not much of a CIA conspiracy freak. I don’t pore over hours of web material on the Illuminati. There are too many factions fighting over power and money for me to ascribe too much force to any one single entity.

It might even be that this 13th post is an unlucky number 13 joke. Or not.

I lived with a REAL CIA conspiracy freak for a number of years. You know the type, never misses a show of Art Bell or his replacements

I didn’t believe more than 1/4 of my buddy’s rants. Maybe even less. He ranted a lot.

He was an Icke freak too. I never bought into the whole spaceships on the other side of the moon, spaceships hidden below Norway, or alien lizard men chameleoning themselves into power on earth. But I never read any of his books so I shouldn’t judge them by second hand information. A book by its cover and all that.

But the 1/4 (or less) of his frothing rants that I did believe coincided very closely with my own extended reading of real and fictional espionage and spy stories written by real former intelligence agents. Those couple hundred books I read were about ground level real shit, and they were very detailed and frightening. Filled with whores, psychological warfare, brainwashing, payoffs, media manipulation, industrial secrets, drug deals, alliances with gangsters, and a billion dirty tricks.

I have to say my favorite was always Le Carre. George Smiley was the coolest agent ever.

We have as much oil as Iraq. Canada has craploads of valuable fresh water, land, and other resources as well. Canada is a SOCIALIST country. We are definately a target for COINTELPRO

Yet it seems to me that CSIS looks at the CIA and FBI like tough big brothers, helping them grow up in the New Intelligence Society.

They really need to be looking at them, at all times, as possible enemies to Canadian freedom and human rights. The UN seems to think human rights are an important topic btw.

In my own personal opinion, there are at least 1000 American agents operating in every Canadian city. They get their extra paycheck, on top of whatever they make working for whatever company or organization in Canada, and they work for American interests from this side of the border, destabilizing our culture with Project Mockingbird style tactics.

Get tough with CSIS Jack, make their mandate stronger to sniff out Americans working on Canadian soil, even Americans who are supposedly “helping our security structure”.

Or working in high positions in our cultural sectors, influencing our culture and media.

#12 – NDP secret election plan – Reinstatement of previous Media Ownership rules!!!

I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s sick of it.
All across Canada, one story is repeated over and over. They don’t even bother to rewrite it. It all trickles down to us from one or two actual sources, and we hear it regurgitated ad nauseum.

Our country used to be filled with reporters. Communities actually had their own reporters.
Not now. Now every paper in Canada is owned by one of two companies, and they’re both a bunch of right wing fuckers when you look at the top executive.

Break these TV, newspaper and radio monopolies up. We’re all getting the same feed. We need variety of thought and opinion, we need more journalist eyes and brains and mouths working.

Didn’t anyone else get taught about the horrible practice of “state run” media in communist countries? What’s the fucking difference between that and what the CRTC has served us up for the last 10 years.

Different owners of different city and community newspapers gave us different, very different views about what is going on.

Now it’s all about “personalities” instead of actual journalism.
It’s bullshit. They’ve become monopolies and they are being used to direct our minds away from the real shit that’s going on, by focusing on only the outrageous or mind numbingly stupid, then squawking repeatedly about that same shit for days on end.

slice and dice them Jack, and those little community newspapers and co-op radio stations will once again hail the exploits of the NDP as they used to do.

#11 – NDP secret election plan – Smokers rights – Federally protected!!!

I agree it was out of hand way back when.
When you smoked in the halls of every business, airplane, library, university….

But too clean is just as much a rights infringement as too much smoke is.

We need BALANCE. Not knee jerk overreacting. The people who work for committees have got their way, over the good of BALANCED society.

I should be able to go to at least ONE FUCKING CAFE WITHIN 4 BLOCKS OF A CAFE LADEN DISTRICT TO HAVE A FUCKING SMOKE WITH MY PURCHASED TASTY BEVERAGE.

Give them their squeeky clean aromatic flourescent light boxes with sterile atmospheres to slake their coffee urges in smoke free bliss.

For me to actually feel that I have FREEDOM in Canada I need to be able to walk somewhere that has some kind of license or special air cleansed area where I and my fellow rebellious nicotine cranksters can watch the smoke curl between our fingers while we drink our coffees and expurge our convoluted philosophies of disgust at society.

It’s been a way of life for humans for centuries. Millions of works of ART, poetry, fiction, social commentary, philosophy, and humour have been created by rebellious, smelly, cigar and pipe chomping thinkers.

And that’s REALLY why its being made illegal.
Because smokers are the REBELS.
They always have been, over and over.
They are the ones who refuse to work through their break, or their lunch. They are the ones who will sit together outside, trying not to bother others with their smoke, sitting in their little COMMUNITY pools of smokers, talking shit about the clean freaks and administrators with their belligerent attitudes.

Smokers converse with other smokers they have never met before. While all the non-smokers stick to their own tables, not interacting. Smokers are always interacting with others, bitching about the world as they see it.

That’s why they are being outlawed. They TALK too much to each other.
Instead of just being good little meat robots walking around consuming, they talk about stupid shit and call it stupid right out loud. And we certainly can’t have THAT.

It’s not smoking that causes 90% of the cancers in our hospitals.
Its industrial pollutants, building materials and their fumes, solvents, paints, home pesticides used at far higher than standard concentrations, manufacturing processes, toxins created by industry. That’s where 90% of cancer comes from.

If they wanted to reduce lung cancer in smokers they could make a law that only pure organic tobacco, untreated in any way, can form a cigarette. Tobacco tested and turned away because of benzine or cyanide taints (which are common and not present in organic tobacco).

No smoking anywhere is as much an infringement on our personal rights to congregate and converse as is some kind of state enforced religious practice. Which it is. Most anti-smoking organisations have a STRONG christian bias, and this is really about prohibition and control.

Make laws enabling one or two out of every 5 cafes to pay extra for a smoker license and mandate that only smokers can work at them. A pagan can’t get a job as a technician for the catholic church, so a non-smoker shouldn’t be serving coffee at a licensed smoking cafe.

Back this one to the hilt, Jack, and the NDP ranks will swell with every smoker in Canada.

Imagine William S. Burroughs (or insert your own heavy smoking cultural icon) coming to talk and being told he couldn’t have his cigar on stage. That’s all his ambiance out the window.

#10 – NDP secret election plan – Huge fines and actual investigation of foreign worker importing!!

Timayyyyys! That oil company with the mollusk logo, shipyards, fruit orchards, nannies and caregivers, nurses and laborers, any low wage big franchise you point to in Canada is doing it along with millions of unscrupulous small business owners.

They actually advertise in foreign countries. The workers are hired directly from their home countries, given all kinds of passport and help finding lodging, then they are flown right into your local big chain coffee shop, gas station, super mart, or into a rich person’s home to take care of their brats and their elderly.

There isn’t even an ad placed locally. It’s only posted in another country.

The wage is unlivable, so the worker has a low quality of life. They come with $$$$ signs in their eyes, because it seems like its a lot, but in Canada this cost more than their homeland, so they really go only further in the hole, and they never complain about long days or being ripped of for overtime, breaks, holidays, and medical benefits.

Give companies involved with this type of importing some hefty real fines and actual mandates for the RCMP to investigate. Give whistle blowers some kind of compensation for turning these unscrupulous employers in.

If the wage they’ve been paying is unlivable for Canadians, and they can’t get Canadians to do the job for that wage, they need to raise their remuneration and better the working conditions so Canadians will take the job.

Higher paid workers mean more taxes paid. By CANADIANS of all races. There are plenty of people already here from other countries who have lived their whole life here being paid shit by these outrageous wage and employment policies that have crept up over the last 2 decades, while we were being distracted by media concentrated doom and gloom headlines.

The employer drives off in his SUV complaining to his wife about the cost of employees while they ride out to the golf range he pay’s more than an employees salary to be a part of.

Low wage workers are one of the NDP’s largest demographics Jack. Stop sucking corporate dick for party coffers and back up the grassroots Canadian and you’ll get their votes Mr. Layton.

#9 – NDP secret election plan – Federally regulated minimum wage and work hours – set by costs per municipality !!!

The minimum wage is now so far below the real poverty level it become a disgusting human rights violation in this country.

The minimum wage should be the average cost of a one bedroom suite and utilities times 2.

So in Vancouver, where the average price for a one bedroom suite is $1000, add $300 for utilities (as if they would be that low) and double it. That’s $2600 minimum wage for 40 hours a week. In other cities it would be lower because the cost of a suite is lower.

Right now, someone on minimum wage makes about $1300 before taxes. Its an unlivable wage.

As well, we need to make it illegal to make someone work a holiday for less than double their standard wage. Its happening all over Canada, poor people work holidays and get another day off. They should get 2 days off because they worked a holiday. 2 days off with pay. Almost every worker in Canada gets “laid off” or an “unpaid holiday” at Christmas. Right when they need money the most, at the holidays, this Christian country starves them – legally. Its a huge ripoff.
If someone works all year for a company, they should get paid for any time the business is closed during the Christmas break.

Its costing our society more than you can imagine having people working 12 hour days. People who work too many hours have way more sick days, more serious problems when they do get sick, and bring down the quality of life all around them.

In the last 20 years the gov’t has stripped away work hour limits. We need to bring them back. Overtime should be once in a blue moon. It should cost the employer a lot. Instead we have companies where people are working 12 hour days 5-6 days a week and getting their 2 days off split so they only get one day at a time off. It makes people sick.

If it was illegal to work over 40 hours a week, there wouldn’t be any job shortages anywhere.

We (had) a legislated 40 hour work week for a reason. During the industrial revolution workers were exploited by the land/resource/factory owners and were working longer than a person should to be healthy. So we had worker’s riots and protests, where cops and private security killed people for daring to speak up, and in the end they legislated the work day to 8 hours. For a reason. It’s healthier for everybody, and there are more and better paying positions for everyone.

In most Canadian workplaces, workers are EXPECTED to work through their lunch and their breaks.

Our parks and streets are full of homeless people and junkies, crack dealers sit in the playground, while swings and slides go unused for fear of needles.

In less than 10 years the economic consequences of Paul Martins savage dismemberment of Canada’s social safety net have surfaced in our face like toxic sludge bubbling up from a landfill.

Security guards in every bank, even watching the ATM at night.

Security in fast food stores. Private security everywhere. More than half of the private security firms are owned at the top by American conglomerates.

Jails are full. New ones are being planned for this “growth sector”. Arrests for petty theft and harrassment of homeless people trying to sell their pitiful little blankets of stuff at the side of the roadway. The cops are as fed up as everybody at the mess, they have better things to do than move people along who have nowhere to go.

Let’s put this in perspective. Welfare per province was a little under 20 million per year.
Every major city in Canada spends 3 times that on parks in a year. 5 times that building new convention centers and libraries, art galleries, etc. A single municipality spends so much more than that on contracted out services for the homeless “problem” that barely existed before.

Before, we had parks full of hippies. Hippie girls sitting on the grass drawing, or knitting things for their neighbors. Twirling their sticks, singing, playing their drums and guitars, smoking their joints and being GOOD people of the earth.

Are the drug dealers and gangs better? Do you really like the streets filled with shopping carts and toothless beggars better than the hippies?

You didn’t worry about your children on the swings when there were tons of do-good hippies helping you watch the young at play. You could leave your child with one of the ones you knew for an hour, or an afternoon, for much less than current childcare rates. No one can leave their children with the crackheads.

The junkies would get together and rent a flat. they’d crash in the flat, head in the clouds, not crash on the street. When their money ran out, 4 would chill in the flat and only 2 would go out to scrounge. Alcoholics for life would lie on a couch with their buddies, evaporating their vices, not out in the grass of the park.

We have to accept the fact that 3-5% of people will not be able to work at any fucking McJob.
No one is going to hire toothless Eddie the former bum. No one wants their McShitburger served to them by a toothless 60 year old man, no matter how clean and gleeful his McUniform is.

There are millions of Canadian artists, writers, poets who were enriching our lives, our coffee shops, our restaurant stages at night. They’ve been decimated by working poverty, hand to mouth, cultural dissolution policies. They were the rebels, and Paul Martin’s attack on their measly $6000 a year that they were subsisting creatively on was as destructive and sneaky as a federal tainted blanket giveaway.

Colour in our cities has been starved away, replaced with expensive landscaping, shiny opulent edifices of machine culture, and sneering middle age muzak.

We look silently for our books in the library, while the security guard oversees the scene.

Is it really better?

Every Community center in every major neighborhood, should have a Social services office, a nightly soup kitchen for the poor, a thrift shop with free clothes for SS recipients, and the place should be manned with welfare recipients getting a bit of extra money over their check. Remove the barriers, cut the number of social workers and rigamarole. Return Community support to the poor from EVERY community. Instead of sending everyone down to skid row to stand in line for a religious meal of zeal.

Credit checks of personal information are easily obtained, regardless of federal privacy rules.
Credit companies owned by US corporations can give their client data to the US through the Patriot 2 act at any time.

Banks, for some reason, won’t cash a cheque for EI or welfare issued by the gov’t, yet every Money Mart will. For a fee.

Pretty much everyone who collects one of these gov’t cheques is in line at a private casher an hour later, and those businesses don’t have to follow the same privacy regulations as banks.

Its designed that way.

Our gov’t should be taking a cue from the nobel peace prize winners and cleaning up this mess, because billions have been bilked out of Canadians, who can’t afford to wait a week to cash their cheque.

I know people who pay more for the insurance on their vehicles than they pay for their rent or mortgage. Its a huge arm twisting scam, and Canadians are fed up with it.

#4 – NDP secret election plan – Federal Election Reform – for real !!!!!

Elections have become a one horse show of finger pointing and bullshit.
Let’s cut through the bullshit before we get American-style rigged election and electoral fraud.

The NDP’s largest supporter base is among the working and poor classes. Potentially the great majority of Canadians.

1. Make voting mandatory.
Put a choice after all the candidates so people can choose “none of these candidates represents my views”. So if they don’t want to pick the least bad of a rotten bunch they can choose that.

If voting was mandatory for everyone of age, and your drivers license and tax returns hinged on you actually voting, millions of votes would pile up on the NDP side.

The People that don’t vote are those who don’t believe any of the parties are worthy, and those working so many hours and being paid so little that they don’t have the time or energy to vote. Regardless of the “law”, most people of the working poor can’t get time off work to vote, and many work late into the evening.

Right now, less than 1/5 of Canadians are actually responsible for getting the ruling party in power. And 10% of Canadians own 90% of the property and monetary resources.

It was designed this way. We are getting FUCKED.

If everyone of age actually votes, then we might be able to call a majority true democracy.

2. Give the RCMP more accountability for rooting out improper corporate payments to political parties.

CITIZENS are the ones who vote for their leaders. We are plunging into an American style system where corporates try to act as citizens and sway our leaders. Companies are not people, they should not have a say in our political processes AT ALL. And many of the companies currently influencing Canadian politics are really foreign subsidiaries. Remember COINTELPRO?

3. Ban computer based electoral machines. We’ve seen the problems in the states with these machines. One “upgrade” before an election, and whammo, the election is rigged. Paper and pen can be recounted, digital memory on foreign machines is not as reliable.

4. Dissallow all party private advertising. Each Newspaper can have a pullout section where EVERY party has the same amount of space. Each TV channel that covers electoral politics in Canada can have a 2-3 hour section where EVERY party gets the same amount of airtime.

Parties are kowtowing to every corporate dick they can suck so that they can afford bigger and better ads to slag the competition with. It’s NOT democracy, it’s Canadian Political Idol idiocy.

5. Make sure every election has at least 5 subjects it is centered around. Don’t allow the media to focus on ONE SINGLE FUCKING TOPIC.

Canadians are getting nickel and dimed every day,
and it’s poor Canadians, the working poor, who bear the brunt of these costs.

Almost everyone I know has to use pay as you go by the minute phones.
You need a credit card to get a cellphone plan, and a $20 service when it was gov’t owned is now a $60 – $100 a month bill when you finish with the fees.

Communication is a basic right, and the land line is history.

Every Canadian, regardless of their credit history, should be able to get a cellphone with unlimited local calls, any time of day, with voice messaging, for $20 a month and no additional access fees.

Telco’s have made their billions bilking us, now they must be reigned in.

In Britain and Scotland, and much of Europe, there are no bank machine fees.
We pay $1.50 on average. It’s bullshit. Set the fee at 20 cents and make it stand firm.

Internet providers should be forced to offer basic high speed cable for $20 a month with at least 3 emails included and 5 gigs of downloads. No extra fees, except for more gigs.
But even more importantly, the gov’t needs to make it illegal for the telco’s and cable co’s to force Canadians to buy other services in order to get basic internet.
Right now if you try to get ADSL, the telco tells you you must pay for a landline to get it, even if you have a cell and don’t need a landline, if you try to get high speed cable internet, the cable co tells you that you MUST get at least a basic cable package.

The internet is necessary for children to do their schoolwork, people to communicate, to pay bills, access gov’t services, etc. Everyone needs internet today, but LOTS of people have no interest in cable. 100+ channels of shit on the tv to choose from. Flipping for half an hour to find something we’ve only seen once, to kill time in our meat-robot brains.
This bundling of services that are not wanted is a huge scam that the gov’t has allowed its corporate cronies to bilk us for years.

Rich people don’t pay these fees. They all run some business or another out of their home so that they can write off all the costs of these things.

The food services are serving up the nutritional equivalent of wieners and jello, again contracted out. MRI machines sit empty at night or night time is sold on the machine to private pet clinics and clinics for the wealthy while wait times grow. But the MRI is provided by a contractor who gets more because there aren’t so many of them.

You try to get some help and you get the 3rd degree from nurses and doctors working 18 hours or more, and you spend more time waiting in a room with 20 other people than you ever did since the 40’s.

No care card? sorry.

If you have a canadian ID that should be all you need. Nobody should be grilling you about an unpaid premium. Turn of all the administrative bullshit and make it so a Canadian can go hassle free to the doctor. That’s what TAXES ARE FOR.

At every medical school let them sign up.
Your medical education paid for by the gov’t
You sign a paper that doesn’t let you leave Canada for 8 years, and you serve as a doctor/nurse for 10 years in Canada, then go off to the states with your experience and education and make your big wad. 8 years of service to get a free medical education.
Same with nurses and other specialists. We’ll pay for it and you won’t have any debt. Just stay in Canada for the allotted time.

There wouldn’t be any shortage of nurses or doctors then. Even in rural practice.
Offer them tax breaks for staying an additional 4 years over the first 8.

My advice for young people graduating in Canada

Young person, fresh faced and ready to take on the “thriving” Canadian job market,
listen close:

If your tongue is long and you lick ass well, you’ll be rewarded well.
If you LOVE working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, you will thrive.
If you don’t care that you are paying over 80% of your wage just on rent, utilities, transportation, and food, you will be happy.
If being a meat-robot is a primary goal in your life, you’re set.
If you can stomach being a whore and selling your ass for money, this current economy in Canada is designed to to make you one, so just go with it if you’re of that type.

If none of that appeals to you, be smart.
Avoid going to university and getting into debt for more than you will make over the next 10 years.

You’ll be better off in Canada if you:

How many people do we watch killed on tv before we’re 20 years old?
Hunting down aliens and nazis in the underground secret bunker tunnels we plaster them all over the walls with the secret super rail gun. Disarm the devious slicer trap. Get the passcode.
After commanding my RTS domain and keeping out the armed invaders, I ramble.
Dazed, pondering the culling. My friend wanders along his usual topics of secret societies and groups of puppet masters filling their pockets with the sweat of underlings while devising the control of the emerging world.
The culling he says. A big epidemic. The rich will have medicine quickly and everyone else will be fucked. Fucked over by the theoretical concept of pure capitalism.

Because to be effective and keep the population healthy medical aid can’t be a profit generator.
As soon as it is, then some will have medicine and some won’t. The poor will lose their savings and land to richer folk who can afford to stay healthy.
A lot of people are profiting on the misery of others.

So back to the culling.
Maybe that should be capitalized. The Culling.
History has shown us quite clearly, on our own continent and around the world, how effective a simple affliction can be in retarding the progress of someone who’s living on land that you want.
The ownership of land is a pretty common motivation in historical records of human conflict and atrocity.
So my friends keeps on about the puppet masters and secret societies, the rich and powerful and how they’re obsessed with control, because this system isn’t stable either, and whoever’s in power over the next 20 years will gain the means through technology, weaponry, and surveillance, to maintain their control over the population indefinitely.

By filling us with fear. By telling us it costs too much to have an industry wide comprehensive Mad Cow screening process. It will cost too much to have nationwide vaccines available free for everybody for the next epidemic.
Hmm. I bet the expenses incurred by our politicians in limousine service, catering, and convention/meeting costs alone would pay for every man woman and child getting vaccinated for free within one week of a true epidemic.

We have the technology. We have the logistical ability.
The stumbling block is simply:
“We can’t give something away for free, especially medicine, do you know how much that costs to make?”

The cost.
Millions of people will die of an epidemic flu or other pathogen within the next 10 – 20 years unless we have a research, manufacturing, and distribution system in place for mass inoculation.
But it’s not going to happen. Not until AFTER there is a big death. It costs money and doesn’t generate profit.
Profit will be the motive for not being prepared.

We live in a world progressing very quickly.
Cloning of a human is already occurring somewhere on this planet. With huge amounts of money behind it, there are numerous private labs in the world right now working on the problem.

My friend continues to tell me that it won’t be a naturally mutated strain that causes the next epidemic. It will be a manipulated strain. Nature’s efficient killer, tweaked in a lab to give it that extra zing. He goes on about the usual suspects. The Culling. The puppet masters, clearing land for vacation properties and profit.

I kind of step back from the conspiracy theories and the specific names and just focus on the main idea,

That we don’t have a free drug manufacture and distribution system, that nature has an epidemic cycle of every hundred years or so, and that cycle is shortened by the ability of people to manipulate nature’s deadly bugs and create new strains.

After everybody’s been cleared away. The rich, who didn’t have delays getting their vaccinations, will play some golf and wait for their replacement body parts and organs to be cloned.

I think I need to go watch some cartoons…
